'Where Eagles Dare' director Brian G. Hutton dies at 79

The director of World War II classic films like 'Kelly's Heroes' and 'Where Eagles Dare', Brian G. Hutton, has passed away at the age of 79.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Al Ruddy revealed that the onetime actor, who also helmed 'The First Deadly Sin' with Frank Sinatra and two films starring Elizabeth Taylor, died after suffering a heart attack a week ago.

Hutton, who directed Frank Sinatra in the dark cop drama 'The First Deadly Sin', is survived by his wife Victoria.
