The White House has termed the violent removal of a passenger from a United flight as 'troubling'.
"It was an unfortunate incident. Clearly, when you watch the video, it is troubling to see how that was handled, the CNN quoted White House press secretary Sean Spicer as saying.
Asked whether the government should investigate, Spicer said he didn't think it was necessary yet.
The passenger, bloodied and screaming, was dragged up the aisle and off a plane by authorities at Chicago O'Hare International Airport on Sunday when he refused to give up his seat on a flight to Louisville, Kentucky.
The Transportation Department has already said it would review the incident.
Meanwhile, the rival airlines are trolling United after the forcible removal of the passenger from one of its flights.
