The woman who has been claiming for years to be Whitney Houston's half sister has allegedly also been involved in impersonating Robyn Crawford, who was the singer's best friend, according to reports.
A family spokeswoman told The New York Post that singer Alexis Houston is no relation whatsoever to Houston, and the family is sorry that this person continues to conduct fraudulent activities in the Houston name.
As per reports last week, Phillip Bloch claims he was stiffed 25,000 dollars after styling Alexis' photo shoots for an upcoming album, Web site and tour.
Bloch now said that he was taken in by the apparently bogus Alexis because he was led to believe - via e-mail from someone claiming to be "Robyn Crawford" - she was being managed by Whitney's friend.
Since then, Bloch has found that "Alexis is not only a fake Houston, but she's a fake Crawford too.
