Will Smith, who was left devastated after his movie 'After Earth' bombed at the box-office, said that the movie's failure was a valuable lesson and the most painful failure in his career.

The 46-year-old actor asserted that his flick 'Wild Wild West' was less painful than 'After Earth' because his son Jaden was involved and he led him into it, E! Online reported.

The American actor continued that he got the box-office numbers and he was devastated for about 24 minutes, and then he found out that his father had cancer and then he went right downstairs and got on the treadmill for about 90 minutes.

Smith added that only love was going to fill that hole and one can't win enough, one can't have enough money, one can't succeed enough.
