Australian captain Michael Clarke jokingly claimed that he already knows the England XI who will play at The Gabba next week, as divulged by counterpart Alastair Cook.

According to The Independent, Clarke claimed Cook divulged it at Monday's Remembrance Day service in Sydney that Michael Carberry was set to open and Chris Tremlett will be the third seamer.

The Australian captain further said that his team could now start their preparations as of today.

Pietersen was passed fit to play in the final warm-up match despite concerns over his right knee, but Prior remains a doubt with a calf injury, the report said.
