Women are at ease to reveal their figure on the beach once they reach the age of 59, new research has revealed.
In the study commissioned by retailer TK Maxx, one in ten women confessed that it was not until the sands of time passed that they felt sure of looking good in summery outfits and beachwear, the Daily Express reported.
Stars like Dame Helen Mirren, 67, who was famously spotted looking hot in a bikini in 2008, also inspired many women.
The study of 2,000 adults also showed that 33 percent of women increased in summer holiday body confidence as they grew older.
