Former Pakistan president Asif Ali Zardari on Sunday criticized the PML-N Government for creating tense relations with Pakistan's neighbouring countries and said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is following 'American foreign policy' of waging wars.
"Pakistan should resolve all issues with its neighbouring countries through dialogue but Nawaz has the same thought process as the Americans when it comes to waging wars. We will not let this war happen," the Dawn quoted Zardari as saying.
Addressing a public rally in Peshawar, Zardari has called on the government to resume dialogue with neighbours as peace in Afghanistan is essential for regional peace and stability.
"A fire is raging in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and those governing the province are not aware of it. My party has decided to merge FATA with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa," Zardari said while addressing a gathering.
