World No.1 Tiger Woods has reportedly scored 4-under 67 in the first round at the ongoing The Barclays tournament, in probably the longest round of his career.

According to reports, Woods teed off at 8:15 a.m. local time and did not finish up until 6:50 p.m. local time as he was delayed by rain, including thunder and lightning, both in the morning and the afternoon, even as he managed to shoot 67 which included zero bogeys and four birdies.

The reports further said that the 67 is Woods' fourth straight first round under par at The Barclays, with his previous three appearances including a 68-65-70 run.

Woods, who has been battling a stiff back, is reportedly setting his sights on targeting a third US PGA playoff title, along with its 10 million-dollar bonus, at The Barclays.

Woods, who won the inaugural 2007 playoff crown and took the title again in 2009, has five triumphs this season and tops the money list, once the ultimate sign of season success on the US circuit, with 7.6 million dollars.
