Woody Allen's adopted son has defended the director over Dylan Farrow's allegation of being molested by him at the age of seven.

Moses Farrow said that he believes their mother Mia had used the accusations to turn the children against him, the BBC reported.

The 36-year-old son said that his mother had drummed it into him to hate his father for tearing apart the family and sexually molesting her sister.

Moses claimed that he sees now that this was a vengeful way to pay Allen back for falling in love with Soon-Yi Previn, Mia's adopted daughter with a former partner.
