WWE star Darren Young has come out open about his gay sexual preferences, making the wrestler the first to be openly gay.
According to The New York Post, when Young, whose real name is Frederick Douglas Rosser, was asked if he believed gay wrestlers could be a success, he gave his own example and said absolutely.
Young went on to say that he hoped his coming out would make things easier for others, the report said.
The wrestler said that it was very important to him that people understood that someone's sexual preference should not really matter, and it should be about the person.
Popular wrestler John Cena said that it was a bold move from Young and congratulated him for finally doing it.
