You can't miss these memes on the 'Manikarnika' teaser

The teaser of Kangana Ranaut's period drama 'Manikarnika' was released on Tuesday morning and the leading lady's fans surely have a lot to say about the much-awaited film.

While the teaser of the movie, which is based on the life of the warrior queen of Jhansi, is garnering immense praise meme lovers are also having a field day post its release. Many users on Twitter switched on their funny side and poked fun at the teaser and Kangana's expressions.

Here are some of the best memes from the micro-blogging website-

A user compared Kangana's fierce battle scenes with Hollywood blockbuster '300' and wrote "This is SPARTA!"

 

Another user compared Queen Manikarnika's call for battle to the game of Lego and said, "When you step on Lego in the middle of the war. #Manikarnika."

While another wrote, "When mom finds empty bottles in the refrigerator."

Comparing her look with Daisy Domergue from Hateful Eight, a tweet read, "Can't help but to share this uncanny resemblance to Daisy Domergue from Hateful Eight #Manikarnika."

Another user compared her look with Aamir Khan from 'Thugs of Hindostan' and wrote, "Expectation vs sad reality #Manikarnika #ManikarnikaTeaser."

Another Twitterer was of the opinion that actor Ranveer Singh would have been a better pick for the role. "Kangana Ranaut ruined the role of Rani laxmibai. Just thinking about mass Megastar Ranveer sir @RanveerOfficial in #Manikarnika ?? it would have been epic and another Oscar-winning performance," said the tweet.

The period drama also features Atul Kulkarni as Tatya Tope and Ankita Lokhande as Jhalkarbai.

The film, which was earlier supposed to release in April this year, will now hit the big screens on January 25, 2019.
