YouTube has just made it easier for publishers or uploaders to make money on the video platform.
Uploaders will now be able to set up a monthly paid membership subscription allowing them to earn directly from fans, Cnet reported.
The paid memberships will be available to creators with 100,000 unpaid subscribers to their channel.
YouTubers will also be able to sell merchandise on the platform. Those with 10,000 channel subscribers and more will be able to sell the merchandise.
