Continuing with the recalling spree, Toyota Kirloskar Motors India has recalled 119 units of the Camry sedan after the recent Innova recall. The Japanese quintessential automaker adds that the faulty vehicle has been manufactured in between March and July 2011,  imported to India from the the home country - Japan. Toyota says that the sedans are recalled to rectify a defect in the front suspension setup of the vehicle. This move is under the Toyota’s global recall of nearly 1.7 lac units of Camry sedan manufactured in Japanese manufacturing facility.

Adding more on the Camry, Toyota has revealed the facelifted India bound version of the current generation Camry at the 2014 Moscow International Show in August. However, Toyota has also unveiled US-spec meaner looking Camry facelift at 2014 New York Motor Show but we will probably get this cammer looking one from the Moscow.

Speaking of which, as it is a mid life facelift so overall design of the vehicle is similar to the on-going car with nip-tuck treatment to front and rear profile. Furthermore, front facia is part that went under hammer the most, the vehicle gets new projector headlights with daytime running LEDs while bumper gets nice touches with the fog lamps incorporated with air dam! Interiors gets updated three-spoke steering wheel, new infotainment system and instrumentation cluster. Mechanically, the vehicle is likely to be unaltered and will continue the petrol and hybrid powertrain in India of the ongoing car.
