Asian automotive industry has become an important destination for the global automakers to counter the financial crisis faced by European and American markets, and nothing is different for the Mercedes-Benz. The German luxury car manufacturer has recently launched series of new vehicles in India including the new GL-Class SUV, A-Class Premium hatch, B-Class diesel tourer, new E-Class and E-Class AMG. The 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class is designed to offer more space and luxury than the outgoing model. The vehicle gets a new front fascia with a larger grille and snapped back headlights. The new C-Class features an all-new interiors, as it gets a rounded dashboard with a noticeable center stack that has wood trim and circular air vents. The picture suggests that it sports a massive infotainment system and a digital control above the COMAND knob. It is expected that the 2014 Mercedes-Benz C-Class will offer multiple engine options. A 2.2-litre 4-cylinder engine tweak to offer three outputs 170bhp, 204bhp and 231bhp respectively. A 1.6-litre 4-cylinder engine that develops 156bhp, and then a 2.0-litre 4-cylinder engine with three power output options- 184bhp, 211bhp and 252bhp.
