Adding a fresh feel to its X6 model lineup, BMW India will launch the updated version on July 23. The new BMW X6 will now get cosmetic add ons in the form of LED headlamps, redesigned BMW signature kidney grille and larger air-dams. Changes can also be found inside the car which includes new wood trim and a new steering wheel.
Under the hood, the X6 is powered by the 3.0-litre twin turbo in-line six cylinder diesel engine which gives an output of 313PS and 630Nm of peak torque. The engine in xDrive40d variant is mated to 8-speed automatic transmission which transfer power to all the four wheels. BMW X6 can achieve a max speed of 240kmph while touching 0 to 100kmph mark in mere 5.8 seconds.
BMW in India recently launched a new variant in their X3 SUV lineup featuring M Sport package - xDrive30d M Sport. The variant is priced at Rs 59,90,000 (Ex-Showroom New, Delhi) and like the other X3 trims, it is also locally assembled at BMW’s Chennai facility. Prior to this, for the elite customers, the company has also launched the facelifted version of BMW 6 Series Gran Coupe at Rs 1.15 crore for 640d Eminence model and Rs 1.22 crore for 640d Design Pure Experience (Ex-Showroom Pan India).
The premium coupe will be sold in India enroute CBU and like before, the Gran Coupe is only offered with diesel engine with 10 eye catching color shades to choose from.
