We have already seen a few leaks and teasers of the upcoming cars to be showcased at the 2013 Frankfurt motor show, scheduled to start from September 10. Now a set of leaked images of the much anticipated Jaguar C-X17 Crossover Concept as hit the interweb, which will be Jaguar's first ever SUV. Jaguar too had teased the concept earlier this week and announced to unveil it digitally a day before the show.
The teased image revealed the tail lights of the car, which looked to have taken its inspiration from the F-Type. It also showed the prominent curves, which helps the car look quite aggressive. Now when we have the leaked images of the front fascia and side profile, we have a fair idea how the Crossover is going to look like. The styling of the front fascia seems to have taken its inspiration from recent models rolled out by the company. but with bigger dimensions so to give it a crossover like feel. Prominent Jaguar grille, bold air ducts on the bumpers with white outline, and bold side creases help the car look quite masculine.
The production version of the Jaguar C-X17 Crossover will be built on the company's new Premium Lightweight Architecture (PLA), on which the all new XS too will be built. The company claims it to be a 'highly advanced, modular aluminium architecture'.
This is all what we have for now, stay tuned to CarDekho for all the latest updates about 2013 Frankfurt Motor Show. Cheers!
