The company is bascially targetting on volumetric sales keeping in mind the Indians car buying habits and is also working on sustainable strategies for coming years.
As reported by Economic Times, the company is investing on designing an Indian centric car made by Indians and indeed will be manufactured in India. The company also made world debut of the KWID concept at the recently concluded Auto Expo'14 (rather than in Geneva, Paris or Frankfurt) - showcasing dedication towards India. The same vehicle will also be manufactured in Brazil. The Renault small car might share its under pinnings with the redi-GO, as far as competition is concerned, the car will compete against Alto 800 and Hyundai Eon.
