The French automaker, Renault India is all-set to introduce an MPV vehicle in the Indian car market. The wagon chirstened as Lodgy MPV has been unveiled at the currently ongoing Auto Expo'14. At this widely acclaimed motor show, the company will also showcase facelift versions of Duster, Fluence and Koleos and an all-new concept car. The all-new Lodgy was first unveiled at the Geneva Motor Show 2012, and now it makes its presence at the pan-India motor show.

Across the globe, the Lodgy is doing business under the Dacia brand, however, in India it will receive Renault badging. The vehicle is bascially a seven seater car , which is designed in a way to serve big Indian families. The vehicle is powered with 1.5-litre dCi and 1.6-litre petrol engine, the same found with Renault Duster. In case of entry level variants, the engine is mated to five-speed manual transmission, while the top-of-the line gets six-speed transmission gearbox.
