With effect from 16 September 2014
3i Infotech announced about the changes in the Composition of the Board of Directors as under:1. In terms of the Master Restructuring Agreement signed between the Company and the lenders under Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) package on 30 March 2012 as amended from time to time, IDBI Bank, one of the CDR Lenders has appointed Shantanu Prasad as Nominee Director on the Board of the Company. Shantanu Prasad has been appointed as Nominee Director of the Company with effect from 16 September 2014.
2. Dr. Ashok Jhunjhunwala, Independent, Non- Executive Director has resigned from the Board of the Company effective 15 September 2014. He has informed that his resignation is on account of certain Professional Commitments.
