3i Infotech has announced that pursuant to the provisions of the Master Restructuring Agreement signed between the Company and the lenders under the Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) package on 30 March 2012, as amended from to time, ICICI Bank, one of the CDR Lenders, has appointed K M Jayarao, Senior General Manager of ICICI Bank as its Nominee Director on the Board of the Company.In view of the above, K M Jayarao has joined the board of the Company as Nominee Director with immediate effect.
