Secures Gujarat High Court approval following Bombay High Court approval for the scheme
With reference to the scheme of Amalgamation of Gogri & Sons Investments and Alchemie Leasing And Financing and Anushakti Holdings and Anushakti Chemical and Drugs with Aarti Industries.Aarti Industries announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has on 31 July 2015 sanctioned the said Scheme of Amalgamation with change in the Appointed Date for the Scheme as 01 April 2015.
Further the said Scheme has already been sanctioned by the Bombay High Court on 10 July 2015 as intimated earlier.
The said Scheme shall become effective upon filling the said High Court Orders with respective Registrar of Companies.
