The board of Abirami Financial Services India in its meeting held on 01 March 2014, has passed the resolutions:The Board unanimously resolved to cease all its Non-bank financial companies activities from the business closing hours of 31 March 2014.
To surrender its Non-bank financial companies license to RBI with effect from 31 March 2014.
