Accel Transmatic announced that on account of the proposal for Scheme of Arrangement of Amalgamation of the Holding Company with the Company with effect from 01 April 2014, subject to approval of the statutory authorities, the Company had requested Ministry of Corporate Affairs to allow the Company extension of time to hold the AGM beyond September 30, 2015 and accordingly, the Company has received necessary permission to hold the AGM on or before 31 December 2015.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
