Adani Road Transport (ARTL), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Adani Enterprises, has incorporated a WOS namely, "Adani Road O&M" (ARO&ML) on 7 April 2021.The company has been incorporated to undertake activities relating to the Operations, Maintenance, Tolling and other incidental activities of Infrastructure facilities including roads, highways, expressways, bridges and other infrastructure assets.
