Adani Road Transport, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has incorporated a wholly owned subsidiary, PRS Tolls, on 25 March 2021.
This subsidiary will act as Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to carry out designing, engineering, financing. procurement, construction, development, commissioning, operation and maintenance, toll services and implementation of the road Project to be awarded by NHAI under Concessions Agreement including any amendments thereto on Toll Operate Transfer (TOT) model.
