ADC India Communications rose 1.56% to Rs 312.60 at 14:48 IST on BSE after a bulk deal of 30.81 lakh shares was executed on the scrip at Rs 333 per share at 09:27 IST on BSE today, 25 August 2015.
Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 226.24 points, or 0.88%, to 25,967.80.
Bulk deal boosted volume on the ADC India Communications counter. On BSE, so far 31.63 lakh shares were traded in the counter, compared with an average volume of 5,746 shares in the past one quarter.
The stock hit a high of Rs 342.50 and a low of Rs 285 so far during the day. The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 410 on 15 April 2015. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 159 on 27 August 2014.
The stock had outperformed the market over the past one month till 24 August 2015, sliding 4.56% compared with 8.43% fall in the Sensex. The stock also outperformed the market in past one quarter, rising 4.87% as against Sensex's 7.93% decline.
