Transaction business of Aditya Birla MyUniverse transferred to Aditya Birla Finance
Aditya Birla Capital announced that the National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench vide its order dated 13 December 2019 has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement for transfer of transaction business of Aditya Birla MyUniverse to Aditya Birla Finance, subsidiaries of the company.Accordingly, the scheme has been made effect from 01 January 2020.
