Aditya Birla Fashion & Retail has, on 22 August 2016, allotted 2,29,668 equity shares, ranking pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company in all respects. These include allotment of 2,27,809 equity shares under composite scheme of arrangement amongst the Company, ABNL and Madura Garment Lifestyle Retail Company and allotment of 1,859 equity shares under ESOS, 2013 of the Company.Post the allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the paid up equity share capital of the Company has increased to 76,90,72,394 equity shares of Rs 10 each.
