Under ESOS
Aditya Birla Nuvo has allotted 1,288 equity shares of Rs. 10 each on 19 July 2016, pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,22,28,580 (13,02,22,858 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,22,41,460 (13,02,24,146 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
