Under ESOS
Aditya Birla Nuvo has allotted 1,545 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at Rs. 590.15 on 29 August 2016, pursuant to exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2013. All the said Equity Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Equity Shares of the Company, in all respects.The paid up share capital of the Company will accordingly increase from Rs. 1,30,22,41,460 (13,02,24,146 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each) to Rs. 1,30,22,56,910 (13,02,25,691 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each).
