Now holds 91.39% shareholding in Sea Lord Containers

Aegis Logistics announced that the Company has on 28 June 2016 purchased additional 2,04,901 equity shares of Sea Lord Containers (Subsidiary of the Company) at a consideration of Rs. 3.07 crore. The Company now holds 91.39% shareholding in Sea Lord Containers.
