With effect from 08 April 2015
Alkali Metals announced that Deepak Tibrewal, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company resigned and he is discharged from the duties with effect from 08 April 2015.Further the Company is in the process of appointing another Company Secretary in the place of the resigned Company Secretary, till then Y.S.R. Venkata Rao, Managing Director will be the Compliance Officer.
