On conversion of warrants
Allied Computers International (Asia) announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 July 2015, has decided to allot 70,75,00,000 equity shares of Re. 1/- each (in lieu of convertible warrants issued) on preferential basis to those allottees who have exercised their rights of conversion.The Company has already taken approval of the shareholders in EGM held on 05 March 2014 and the warrants were allotted on 29 April 2014.
