With effect from 01 April 2014
ALSTOM India has appointed Rathin Basu as its new Chairman, effective 01 April 2014. Basu will succeed Sunand Sharma.Basu will continue to head Alstom T&D India (ATDIL) as the Managing Director, in addition to this new role.
The Board of Directors of the Company has approved the aforesaid appointment on 21 March 2014.
