Amal announced that Naresh Chand Singhal, has resigned from the Board of Directors and all the Committees of the Company w.e.f. 01 February 2015 as per resignation dated 01 February 2015 received from him by the Company.Further, the Company also informed that as per Resignation dated 05 November 2014 received from Arvind Chhajer from the post of the Company Secretary and the same was noted and accepted by the Board of Directors and Arvind Chhajer has been relived from the position of the Company Secretary of Amal by closing hours of 04 February 2015.
