At board meeting held on 13 August 2015
Amrutanjan Health Care announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 13 August 2015, inter alia, had:- Approved the appointment of M. Srinivasan as COMPANY SECRETARY with effect from 27 July 2015. M. Srinivasan was also appointed as the "COMPLIANCE OFFICER" of the Company as per Clause 47 of the Listing Agreement with immediate effect.
