With effect from 28 February 2015
Amsons Apparels announced that Sachin Verma, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company, has decided to leave the Company and has accordingly submitted his resignation. The Board of Directors has accepted his-resignation and consented to relieve him of his responsibilities with effect from 28 February 2015.Consequent to his resignation as Company Secretary, Sachin Verma will also cease to be Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board will announce his successor in due course.
