Anuh Pharma announced that that Ashwini Shrikant Ambrale, is appointed as a Whole Time Company Secretary and the Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 01 September 2014 at the Board Meeting held on 25 August 2014.Further the Company has informed that in the said Board Meeting, G. J. Chari, resigned as the Compliance Officer w.e.f. 01 September 2014 who held the said position.
