Apollo Finvest (India) announced Preeti Jain, an Independent Director on the Board of Directors of the Company has resigned w.e.f. 15 March 2016.To fill the casual vacancy caused due to this resignation, Akash Valia has been appointed u/s 161(4) of the Companies Act, 2013 as an Independent Director of the Company by Circular Resolution dated 01 April 2016.
