Uttam Galva Steels announced that Arcelor Mittal has approved the payment of Rs 7469 crore to the secured financial creditors of the company and KSS Petron to clear its dues in order that the offer Arcelor Mittal submitted for Essar Steel India on 02 April 2018 is eligible and can be considered by ESIL's Committee of Creditors.
