With effect from 05 January 2017
Arihant Foundations & Housing announced that Meenakshi Jayaraman, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary of the Company.The Company has accepted her resignation and relieved her from services of the Company from 05 January 2017. Consequent to her resignation as Company Secretary Meenakshi Jayaraman also ceases to be the Compliance officer of the Company.
