Makhija Independent Director of the Company has tendered his resignation (vide resignation letter dated 03 September 2016) from the board of the Company, due to some personal reasons.Since the Company has received the resignation letter of B. K. Makhija on 03 September 2016 the same would be treated as effective date of resignation.
