Ashiana Agro Industries announced that M/s. Sundaram & Narayanan, Auditors of the Company have vide their Itr. dt. 05 August 2014 resigned Auditors of the Company. The Company has taken effective steps to get a new Auditor appointed in the forthcoming AGM. The Audit Committee and the Board of Directors of the Company have decided to recommend to the Shareholders the appointment of M/s.
