Under ESOP
Ashoka Buildcon announced that Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has allotted 153,364 equity shares to eligible employees as per ESOP Scheme 2007 on 13 December 2014.The share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 79,27,17,540/- divided into 158543508 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each fully paid.
