Asian Paints will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 14 May 2014, inter alia, to consider the following:To consider and approve the standalone audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2014 and unaudited consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31 March 2014 and audited consolidated financial results of the Company for the year ended 31 March 2014.
To recommend payment of final dividend for the financial year ended 31 March 2014.
