Asian Tea & Exports announced that Anand Kumar Jha has submitted his resignation from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 15 November 2016 and Board members have accepted his resignation in its meeting held on 18 November 2016Further, Rashi Nagori an associate member of The Institute of Company Secretaries of India has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 18 November 2016.
