Assam Petrochemicals passes resolution to appoint director as member

Assam Petrochemicals announced that Sameer Kr Khare, IAS has been appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the company with effect from 05 February 2015 by passing resolution in circulation on 23 February 2015.
