Associated Alcohols & Breweries announced that the members of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on 28 September 2015 have approved for payment of dividend @ Rs. 0.50 per (i.e. 5%) on the equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.The dividend will be paid to all members, whose names appear in the register of members as on 25 September 2015.
