Astral Poly Technik has allotted 19,600 equity shares of Re.1/- each pursuant to exercise of options under Astral Poly Technik Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015.After allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the paid up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 11,97,86,966/- to Rs 11,98,06,565/-.
