Under ESOS
Astral Poly Technik has allotted 16,282 equity shares of Re.1/- each pursuant to exercise of options under "Astral Poly Technik Limited Employee Stock Option Scheme 2015" on 26 November 2016.These shares shall rank pari passu, in all respects with the existing equity shares of the Company. After allotment of aforesaid equity shares, the share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 11,97,50,283/- to Rs. 11,97,66,565/-.
